  • To lock in your date, we ask for a 30% deposit, and the rest is due the day of your event!

    We also understand life can throw curveballs. If you need to reschedule, rest assured, we'll honor your deposit and allow you to apply it to your next scheduled event.

  • Get ready for the grand entrance – we arrive fashionably early, one hour ahead of the big shindig (make it two for those custom and extra fancy setups). With our package pricing, you get the royal treatment – delivery, setup, and breakdown, all included. Plus, the rental hours? They only kick in when the event officially begins.

  • An 8x8x8 footprint is recommended, along with easy access to a nearby standard electrical outlet will be needed.

  • It is recommended that WiFi is available. In the case that it is not or the signal is weak, we will use our portable hotspot free of charge!

  • Picture it: a flat surface, a dedicated 8x8x8 space, and access to a standard power outlet – that's our recipe for a party!
